A resident of St. Petersburg's Historic Old Northeast Neighborhood, Connie especially loves dealing with historic homes, luxury condos, bungalows and of course, beach properties. She also enjoys working with second home buyers and vacation buyers.
Connie Lancaster has a bachelors degree in education but lives and breathes Real Estate. She is a full time professional. "Real Estate has been a passion for many years," says Connie, who previously had a 20 plus year successful career marketing high end European automobiles. "My partner and I have invested in a number of properties over the years. We have a lot of investment experience from new construction to historic homes, multi-family properties including condo conversions, and have taken advantage of 1031 exchanges."
Originally from South Carolina, Connie is well connected in the Real Estate industry in North Carolina, where she and her partner built a log home in Maggie Valley over nineteen years ago. The "House of Views," as they call the log home, is located in friendly Maggie Valley, a popular destination in the heart of the Great Smoky Mountains. "Even when I go to the mountains for vacation, I spend much of my time looking at properties."
Connie says, "Most of my business comes from referrals, even though my partners and I have a strong presence on the internet and that has generated a number of customers, buying and selling. Sales and marketing are certainly a large part of what Connie and her partners provide. They offer much more than is traditional because of their close associations with their team of vendors, and the ability to offer their clients knowledge and services that go far beyond the actual real estate transaction."
Connie's general knowledge of the real estate business, specific knowledge of the market, and her understanding of the latest market trends provide buyers and sellers with an invaluable resource throughout the process. "Our group invests a lot of time and money marketing for our clients. The company is second to none and we are so very proud to be part of the Smith family."
It is truly " No Better Time, No Better Place."
Cynthia's love affair with Real Estate began after teaching for thirteen years in Columbia, S.C., when she moved to St. Petersburg's Historic Old N.E. Neighborhood, purchased her first home and restored it to its original pristine condition. Friends soon began renovating other properties and the expertise she developed led her to help others with restoration projects.
She then earned her real estate license so she could introduce others the delights of St. Petersburg. With a thriving cultural scene and beautiful beaches, St. Petersburg offers a lifestyle few places can match. She specialized in historic and luxury homes, condos and waterfront properties in the nearby downtown waterfront as the areas underwent gentrification. As a long time resident, she developed considerable expertise in all facets of home ownership and resources that will provide invaluable to any buyer or seller.
Cynthia had long dreamed of returning to the Great Smoky Mountains of N.C. where she graduated from Appalachian State in Boone, N.C. with a Masters Degree in Education. She purchased property in Maggie Valley, N.C. and her love of the place proved contagious.
Clients in St. Petersburg started coming to her for advice about mountain property as the perfect investment opportunity or relocating to the area. Obtaining a N.C. license seemed the perfectly natural thing to do. This enables Cynthia to find them an investment property in N.C. or to sell their home here and relocate to N.C.
She feels she has found the two most perfect places on earth - St. Petersburg, one of the most splendid waterfront cities on Florida's coast with its historical districts and downtown waterfront; North Carolina for its waterfalls, open mountain views, and unspoiled land.
Cynthia was recently recognized by Smith and Associates with the Mary Smith Conover Award. This honor is bestowed annually by the company to the individual associate who demonstrates the highest level of service to buyers, sellers and industry peers. Service is gauged by positive feedback from customers, election by peers and recognition form service and charitable organizations. Cynthia has a long history of involvement in the Old Northeast, particularly through her work organizing activities for the neighborhood, gifts for Toys for Tots and activities for Big Brothers and Big Sisters.
Cynthia tries to get to know every client, what they like, what they need, then brings her experiences in St. Petersburg and in the mountains of North Carolina to find them just the right house, a house they fall in love with. It's the best part of her job, the part that brings her the most satisfaction. She is just passionate about that. And it's helped her build the long-term relationships that have helped her build her business.
What separates Cynthia from other agents is her continued commitment to both her clients and to the community in which she lives by giving back to her community in various volunteer projects.

Moving to Florida in 2010 was certainly a welcome change to a life of all those cold Ohio winters. That’s when she purchased a mid-century home in Tropical Shores and never looked back! She feels her wonderful neighborhood is "St. Pete's best little secret”. This oasis is on Tampa Bay and is located only a mile from downtown St. Petersburg. She loves it!
Pia’s reputation is all about an excellent work ethic, honesty, and integrity. One thing for sure, she won't hesitate to tell you that her Greek heritage is partly responsible for that. Having traveled extensively in Greece, she is also fluent in the Greek language. Opa!
The bottom line is Pia is results-driven. Let her find your perfect home or investment, or help you market your current property.
As a proud team member of the “Platinum Group,” Pia brings a unique set of skills that adds another layer of excellence in service to their customers.
I relocated to the Tampa Bay area in 2014 from Chicago with my husband and immediately fell in love with St Petersburg and its surrounding communities.
Coming from a large city, I understand there might be some trepidation about moving to a smaller community, but don’t let the size of this city fool you! There is always something happening in The Burg!
Whether you are buying or selling your home, investing in a condo on the beach, my knowledge of the area's real estate market and the Tampa Bay Area will put your mind at ease.
"St. Petersburg is a little utopia that I immediately fell in love with. Isn't it time you trade in your snow boots for flip flops?, I'm here to help!"
